Water filtering plants

Our water treatment includes RO, UF, NF, Mechanical filter, Ion exchanger, Membrane Bioreactor, etc. It has wide applications in food industry like drinking water, beverage and bear manufacturing, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, coating line, sea water & brackish water desalination, sewage water treatment, etc.

RO system adopts high efficiency & low noise high-pressure pump, mechanical filter (quartz sand, active carbon, Manganese sand, multi-media, etc), PP sediment filter as Pre-filter which can wipe suspending particles, dust, particles, organic chemicals, unpleasant taste, chlorine of raw water and make sure that the raw water complies with RO feeding requirement, then RO filter to wipe dissoluble substance, bacteria, pesticide, heavy metal particles as well as the carcinogen like chloroform, fluorine etc. Recovery rate of the system is 50~75%, while desalinization ratio is 98%. It can get rid of 99.99% of bug, 95% of toxic metal, 99% of the radionuclide, and 95% of the organic material.

For sea water & brackish water, we adopt high quality RO membrane, consisted with pressure vessel, high pressure pump and specially designed pre-treatment, it can remove inorganic salt, heavy metal ions, organic matter, bacteria and germs.

Normally salt content for feeding water is less than 10000PPM, while for production water it’s between 10- 500PPM according to raw water quality. Output capacity can be from 300LPH to 100TPH. 

According to user’s requirements, above devices can be combined & assembled as Complete units to meet specific needs.
